* I keep track of all my birthdays on www.birthdayalarm.com This website sends me two reminder emails before the day actually arrives, and let's just say that at times that's a lifesaver!
* Three of my friends and I have gone away for a girls' weekend every year. Yes, it takes some coordination, organizing, and plain ol' hard work, but it's such a priority for us that we've successfully "retreated" for the past 22 years!
